Families beware of the shabby state
The view from the balcony was fantastic. Every evening, I would sit there with a drink, watching the glorious sunsets. One time, I even spotted a couple of dolphins playing in the waves below!
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which helped improve our overall experience despite other issues.
The room we stayed in had broken fixtures, and the cleanliness could use serious attention, especially given the hotel's rating.

breathtaking, breathtaking, breathtaking
The views from the room were absolutely stunning, especially while enjoying refreshments on the balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful selection, and I was particularly impressed with their fruit options during my stay. The atmosphere was quaint and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.

what a shame this place is! I booked a deluxe room with kitchenette but was given a standard room. how charming. Also, the staff was busy on their phones while I struggled with my suitcase. I even expected a complimentary welcome gift for my trouble. just couldn’t believe the lack of service!

Good air conditioning and nice pool area.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I was shocked to find out that my room was not as promised, having booked a deluxe room with a kitchenette but receiving a standard room instead. Furthermore, I encountered major problems with housekeeping. the room was never properly cleaned during my stay, and items were either broken or missing, this included essentials like drinking water and towels. To add to my frustration, the hotel only accepts cash payments, which was not disclosed to me beforehand.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved exploring the beautiful beaches nearby and checking out Cabarete, known for its windsurfing! The pools were clean, and the staff was super friendly. Great dining experience with a variety of options. Really enjoyed the views from our balcony too!
